Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of the
perception of training on the economic performance of SMEs in Guinea. To
conduct this research, we mobilized the theory of human resources practices to
find out if a good perception of training in Guinean SMEs actually contributes
to improving their economic performance. An analysis of the application of
training practices and their influence on economic performance was carried out
to show the importance they have on said performance. We carried out a quantitative
survey using a questionnaire submitted to a random sample. This sample is made
up of 400 SMEs from the 8 Administrative Regions of Guinea. Econometric
analysis using SPSS software and the use of Hayes' macro-PROCESS show that a
good perception of training has a significant impact on the economic
performance of the SMEs surveyed in Guinea.
