Abstract
This paper
presents the managerial and high level legal insights from the Faculty
Development Program (FDP) held at ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad, India. The
important teacher competencies, best practices of teaching, mentoring,
important traits of students, learning aspects, best practices in listening are
discussed. Online Dispute Resolution, Good Governance, Public Policy and
Economics, and Tax Policy are also discussed in this paper. Typical qualities
of a Mentor, Characteristics of Mentoring, and The Process of Mentoring are
discussed. The paper concludes with The World-2030 goals and its relation to
management.
